Nantwich Neptune Lifesaving Club

The Branch Junior Competition takes place on 19th May at Ellesmere Port starting at 5.00pm. It would be great for some of our younger lifesavers to get involved.

I have added the details here, but please let me know if you would like to try – it is teams of 2, and we will make sure you have a practise at our Club session so that you know what to expect – have a go!

A huge well done to all our Lifesavers who took part in the Club competition last night. The standard was very high, and everyone performed really well.

A big thank you to all the hard working Judges, Stewards, casualties, recorder and photographer  – and of course to the parents and families for making the competition a success.

I will post the results and photographs as soon as possible.

Don’t forget our annual Club Competition takes place on Saturday 24th March at Nantwich Pool starting at 6.00pm. The competition is for all our lifesavers and you will have been practising during our Saturday morning sessions so should know what skills you need. If not, ask your teacher for help.

Don’t forget, this Saturday (17th December) is a fun session with the inflatables in the pool!

We are then closed for the next 2 Saturdays (24th and 31st December) and reopen the following Saturday 7th January 2012!

Wishing the best of luck to Warren and John and Harry in the National Championships on Saturday at Sheffield!

Warren will be representing our Club and the North West in the Men’s Individuals and John and Harry will be representing our Club and the North West in the Junior Boys category.

Well done to our lifesavers yesterday at the Regional Champonships! Warren will be representing the North West in the Men’s National Championships, and John and Harry will be representing the North West in the Junior boys – excellent result!!
